They had not been taken out for some time and the old oil has solidified and caked on the key bars. I have cleaned and re-polished all of the key bars and screws. Tha pads are all fine with no tears or punctures and I have cleaned them all using fine oil and revitalised them with a very fine leather balsalm. It also required re-regulation throughout to take up the lost motion and double movement.Strip down found the body to be in good condition with no chips or breaks on the tone holes or tenon joints.
